SPIRITUALITY

The 1st Law of Spiritual Success

I'm determined to make today as positive as possible! So I began with a bit of a read of Deepak Chopra's 7 Laws for spiritual Success. It's gotten me so inspired, I felt that I had to share it with you!! So over the next week, I thought it would be cool to take a look at these "Laws" together. The first Law, is the Law of Pure Potentiality. Awesome for everyone from entrepreneurs to students to mothers. Use this to focus on creating the dynamics you want at home, in your business your health and your social life. Tap into it when planning your next step career wise and financially. This Law teaches that everything is possible and within this, that everything is also perfect and exactly as it should be. This Law encourages conscious living, or living in the "now". This is because it enables us to 'live' with meaning and purpose and gratitude. This is also central in Zen Buddhism. So you can look there too if you're really interested. So here's the first spiritual law, enjoy xxx The Law of Pure Potentiality • The source of all creation is pure consciousness. Consciousness, or your thoughts, therefore are the measure for your potential. Thoughts are the seeds of all creation, and we manifest them by seeking their expression. When we understand that our true Self is one of

Psychic Connection – Connecting to Your Spirit Guides

I personally am very guilty of not making enough time to meditate. When I do it regularly I feel amazing and refreshed and more energetic. I think the most important thing is to set yourself a routine of meditation and to really honour that time you have allocated for yourself and your connection to the universe. Yes it’s true, meditating can be a bit of a challenge at first, I definitely find it tough when I am starting out. To me its a bit like going for a run, it takes time to get fit for this activity, you have to build up your meditation muscle, but it does get easier and it does become more enjoyable… just like physical exercise does. So to begin with, commit to meditating 20-60 minutes, 6-7 times a week, for two weeks. You’re not allowed to give up before the 2 weeks is out!! To begin, find a quiet comfortable area that is warm, and lie down. You should be on your back with your arms straight out beside you, hands relaxed, palms upwards. Close your eyes and picture your face. Hold on to this image of yourself. Ask spirit to come forward; “Dear guides, please come and share this time with me, I am here and I am waiting for you,” or whichever words seem natural to you.

Connect to Spirit & your Spirit Guides

I was going through some notes when I came across a list of questions that I had written out to 'ask' my guides. These were personal questions and I will share them below as they provided great insight for me, and I think they would for anyone who sincerely focused on them too. I wanted to explore what was holding me back, what were my fears and what were my blockages. See, I believe that when you connect with spirit, you are very quickly confronted by personal fears. Spirit presents them to you in myriad ways and they keep them coming until you finally do 'deal' with them. For example, childhood issues, sadness, habitual problematic behavoiur and so on... spirit wants you to 'see' and deal with you as a first priority. They are showing you your 'issues' to help you face them, and this really is one of the first tasks on your spiritual journey. So basically, you have to address your personal fears and find self acceptance before you will be able to do any other significant work with spirit. And when you think about it, it really does make sense. In truth, your intuition, or psychic ability is there to inform your connection with creator, 'god' , or the universe. Being 'psychic' is not about knowing secrets or hearing the thoughts of others, it is about connecting to creator and through that

Gandhi

Gandhi resonates with me probably more than anyone else ... (at least for now!!)
